Collection of Your Information
Provider requests certain personal information, such as name and address when establishing an account with a Customer. The personal information gathered is contained in Providers business records and is used to manage your account for billing purposes. It is generally not shared with a third party, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy.
Provider also collects, uses and releases information on your use of the Service as necessary to render the Service, to otherwise undertake legitimate business activities related to the Service and to comply with law. Provider may collect information in accordance with applicable law concerning your use of the service.
Use of Your Information
Providers business records generally are used: (i) to help make sure that you are properly billed; (ii) to send you pertinent information about the Service; (iii) for customer support and accounting purposes; and for protection of your non-personal information when support is required.
Provider may collect information specific to your use of the service to diagnose any problems that may arise from your or others use of Providers service. Such information helps Provider improve the Service and uncover unauthorized access to the Service and may be provided to law enforcement agencies in the event of such unauthorized access.
Right to Monitor Communications and Disclose Information
PROVIDER may disclose personal information about you and/or your account at our sole discretion in order to comply with the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or any other applicable laws, to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, to protect the integrity of PROVIDER'S operations, to protect our customers or to prevent a crime. PROVIDER will disclose your personal information when:
- Provider has your consent to share the information
- Provider needs to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested
- Provider needs to send the information to companies who work on Providers behalf of to provide a product or service to you (unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us)
- Provider must respond to subpoenas, military or civilian court orders, or legal process
- Provider finds that your actions in the use of our Service violate our Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services
- To protect our customers, employees or property (e.g., to investigate fraud, harassment or other types of illegal activity originating from use of our service)
PROTECTION OF MINORS
Provider does not actively or knowingly collect any personally Identifiable Information from individuals under 18 years of age. Where appropriate, Provider will instruct children not to submit such information to our website without the consent of a parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian is concerned that a child may have submitted Personally Identifiable Information to Provider without their consent, that parent or guardian may contact Provider at the address or telephone number listed in the "Customer Service" page and request that this information be removed from our files.
